Heating Instructions

Cooking times are approximate. Our oven is a convection oven and most items take about 12-15 minutes. Home ovens generally take a little more time. Most items are cooked, and just need to be heated through. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Galette : The foil it comes on has been sprayed. Open the foil to expose the slice and place on a baking sheet for stability. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so, until heated through. Scrape gently off foil onto plate.

Bierock, VegRock & Pocket Reuben : Unwrap from plastic and place directly on oven rack. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until heated through.

Whole Quiche : Slice quiche into required portions. Spray a baking sheet to reduce sticking. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until heated through. This method is also suggested in the event you are serving the entire quiche at a sitting, particularly if it has been refrigerated.

Breakfast Flatbread : Place flatbread directly on oven rack. You may place a baking sheet or piece of foil on the rack below to catch drips. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is toasty.

Breakfast Burrito : Leave in foil but place on a baking sheet to catch any cheese or green chile that escapes. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until heated through.

Grits : Take off plastic lid and cook grits at 350 for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If you choose to transfer them into a different oven safe dish, make sure to spray it well!

Spanakopita : Brush triangles with a little egg wash. (If you don’t, or forget, it’s ok.) Place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Corned Beef or Roasted Veggie Hash : Spray a baking sheet or oven proof dish and lay hash in a single layer. Bake at 350 for 2o minutes or until it’s reached its desired crispiness.
