Wednesday Dinner : May 5th

There’s a lot going on next week so I’m taking the easy way out with Summer Salads. I know it’s not really summer yet but those warm days last week made me crave these flavors. I’m including rolls and you can add a House Salad if you like, but what you do with these is totally up to you. Crackers? Sandwich? Salad? Corn Chips? Your call.
